At Mvolo, we understand the importance of delivering your products quickly and in excellent condition. Our team is dedicated to packaging and shipping your orders with care and efficiency.


Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Saturday).
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location within the EU or internationally.

For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, the total time (processing + transit) is usually 1 business day.


Shipping Costs and VAT

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping.
  • EU Countries: Shipping costs range between €5 and €15, depending on the destination.
  • Outside the EU: Shipping costs range between €15 and €30.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. No membership or hidden fees apply.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, Bpost, UPS, DPD, and PostNL, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Order Updates and Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation immediately, rest assured your order is being handled and will arrive on time. Shipping Terms

  1. Order Changes:
    Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to return an item, please follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds Policy page. For immediate assistance, contact us at customercare@mvolo.eu.

  2. Address Changes:
    If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Once the product is in transit, address changes are no longer possible.

  3. Multiple Addresses:
    We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. For deliveries to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

  4. Unreceived Orders:
    If your order appears delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately for assistance.

  5. Tracking Issues:
    If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, contact us promptly so we can assist you in resolving the matter.


Lost or Damaged Products

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at customercare@mvolo.eu with your order details and photos (if applicable) so we can promptly address the issue.
