First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in Mvolo. Before we discuss the legal aspects, we would like to emphasize that at Mvolo we work according to an open and honest policy. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated, with transparency and respect. We always communicate with you personally and honestly, both via our website and by e-mail.
We process all orders within 24 hours, so that 98% of orders are delivered to our customers within 48 hours. Not good, money back! Without mercy. We only want satisfied customers. In case of complaints, always contact us, both within and outside the warranty period. We have the expertise and right contacts to resolve your complaint quickly and efficiently.

Order
You can place an order by following the instructions on our website after clicking on the desired product. You will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before clicking "Place your order". By clicking on "Place your order" you place the order.
We confirm receipt of your order by sending an automatically generated email accepting your order. The agreement is concluded with this email. The agreement relates exclusively to the goods mentioned in our confirmation email. Please check this information carefully. If the information is incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@mvolo.nl.
The contractual language is Dutch. We have a legal obligation to supply goods in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Prices and shipping costs
Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of ordering are the applicable prices. If an error occurs and goods are priced incorrectly, we are under no obligation to supply those goods at the incorrect price. We will cancel the order and refund the price paid, or give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price.
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping costs. These will be stated separately before you place your order and will also be confirmed by email.
Availability and delivery
Product availability on the website is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the constant availability of products. All orders are subject to current availability.
We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to the address you specified. Delivery will take place according to the information on the product pages after your order has been accepted. We aim to deliver the goods on the agreed date. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we cannot be held liable for delays. We will arrange an alternative delivery date with you if necessary.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 90 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 90 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail). Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Warranty
Are you receiving a product that does not match your order, is damaged or defective? Then you can return it. Report visible transport damage as soon as possible after receipt. We will provide a full refund, repair or replacement.
Note: The warranty does not apply if the product has been opened or disassembled in a manner that breaks the original seal. A warranty seal is attached to panels; a broken or missing seal will void the warranty. This does not affect your legal rights in the event of non-conformity upon delivery.
Property
Purchased products remain our property until they have been paid in full. Once the goods have been delivered to you or a designated third party, you bear the risk and are liable.
Liability
Our liability is limited in accordance with the legal regulations regarding defects. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by intent, gross negligence, or damage to body, life or health.
General
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is not valid, the rest of the provisions will remain in force. We may change these terms without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for the most recent terms and conditions.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are also governed by Dutch law.
